- Physical Best is a comprehensive health-related fitness education program developed by physical educators for physical educators. Physical Best was designed to educate, challenge, and encourage all children to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes for a healthy and fit life. - The Sport For All Program has been prepared by a group of experts in children's physical activity from around the country to provide the best possible program for the various organizations that serve children.
